Important rules
The meeting is open and honest, with all opinions respected and no blame.
The goal is to create a safe environment that fosters continuous improvement.
Agreed points and actions are documented and followed up in the next sprint.
Meeting duration
- Typically lasts between 1 to 1.5 hours for a two-week sprint.
